Wedding Flowers: Your Questions Answered

Everything you need to know about your wedding flowers with us is on this page. Please read it in full before getting in touch, as most questions are answered here.

Our packages

What is Simply Bridal? A bridal bouquet and a matching buttonhole for €200, including VAT. You give us your colours and we design with the best seasonal flowers available that week. Collect from the shop, or choose Dublin delivery for an extra fee.

Can I choose the flowers in my Simply Bridal bouquet? No. Simply Bridal is florist's choice only. It is not a bespoke service, so we don't take inspiration images, flower lists or requests for specific stems. Premium flowers such as orchids, anthuriums and calla lilies are not part of this package. If you want a bespoke design, see our micro and full-service packages below.

What is the micro wedding package? For smaller weddings and intimate celebrations, from €1,200 + VAT. It covers flowers for the wedding party and a small ceremony or table piece, designed around your colours and style, with a consultation before the day.

What is the full-service package? Our complete wedding service, from €2,200 + VAT. Flowers for the wedding party, ceremony and reception, including installations, designed with you at a consultation and delivered on the day.

Can you recreate a design I've seen on Pinterest or from another florist? No. Absolutely not. Every design is our own, made for your day and your season. We don't copy other florists' work, and we don't do stem-by-stem selection.

Are specific flowers guaranteed? No. We work with the seasons, so what we use depends on what is at its best that week, and on your budget. You'll always get the best flowers available on the day.

Pricing and extras

Do your prices include VAT? Simply Bridal is €200 including VAT. Micro and full-service quotes are before VAT, which is added on your invoice.

Is travel included? No. Travel and mileage are added to every wedding, including weddings in Dublin.

What does my quote cover? Your quote covers your flowers and delivery to your venue. If we need to stay on after drop-off, for example to move pieces from the ceremony to the reception, this is charged extra. The longer we're needed, the higher the cost.

What if I hire rental items from you? We return the day after your wedding to collect them, and this collection is charged extra.

What if a rental item is broken or missing? Any rental item that is broken, damaged or not returned is charged at full replacement cost. We'll confirm this within 48 hours of your wedding, and the replacement is our choice.

Can I add things later? Yes. Additions are confirmed nearer the date and invoiced separately.

Booking and payments

How do I book? A booking fee secures your date: €50 for Simply Bridal, €300 for a micro wedding and €500 for full-service wedding flowers. It is non-refundable and comes off your final balance.

When do I pay the balance? Your final invoice arrives about 30 working days before your wedding. Please pay only against an invoice, using the bank details on it, and email us once you've paid. Please don't pay early.

Do you take December weddings? We don't take weddings after the first week of December.

Contact

When will I hear from you? About 30 working days before your wedding, we'll send your final invoice and consultation dates. Until then there is nothing to update, so you don't need to check in. We'll be in touch if we need anything from you.

How do I contact you? By email only, with your name and wedding date. We don't take wedding queries by phone, WhatsApp, social media or in the shop. We reply during business hours and work through weddings in date order, so please be patient.

What happens at the consultation? An informal 30-minute video call on WhatsApp, on one of the dates we send you. We'll talk through colours, style and every piece you need.

Can I text you on the day? In the couple of days before your wedding, yes, if something needs sorting. Otherwise, please stick to email.
